As a Holistic Health Guide I help women be healthy, happy, loving, peaceful, energetic, and beautiful from the inside out. My approach to helping women is to identify the systems in the body lacking support and then provide customized programs to improve health and vitality. I use a variety of methods including a 220 health questionnaire, a detailed interview, and Meridian Autonomic Testing to determine areas for needed support.
