I first went to see Teresa because of severe neck pain and very limited rotaional movement in the neck. Within the first session my mobility increased by 75 % and my pain went from a level 8 to a level 2 on a scale from 1-10. By the end of 3 sessions I had full range of motion and no pain! Since then I have been on a her wellness program which I find extremely helpful to keep me feeling great and functioning with ease.I would recommend Teresa to anyone who wants to see results fast and be at their best health.
