Lorraine Aguilar, PT , RYT500 is the director/founder of Yoga Flow studio in Glen Head, NY.
She has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 1991 and teaching yoga since 1995. She specializes in Orthopedic manual therapy and Yoga Therapy. She has combined her skills in each to create a unique holistic private practice and intimate setting for healing and the practice of yoga.
She offers individual Physical Therapy/Yoga Therapy sessions as well as group and private yoga classes. Therapy sessions may include a variety of hands on body work techniques, yoga poses, strengthening exercises, breathing, meditation, stress reduction techniques, holistic lifestyle counseling and more.
