I've had the piviledge of two sessions with Kristen so far. She is naturally intuitive and a gifted listener to both the person and the body. She knows how to bring my awareness to what's going on in my chakras without drawing quick conclusions that are diagnostic or limiting. I could feel what she described as she sensed it. I also felt very safe to share, or not. Since I work on myself a lot with yoga and bodywork, it was very validating to have Kristen tune my awareness more acutely. Her suggestions were gentle and thoughtful and allowed me to look deeper into myself to release the blocks in my energy and adjust my thinking. All in all, our sessions were invaluable experiences. The healing begun on the table and the miracle has been unfolding ever since. What I love about Kristen's approach is that she gives me visualization techniques to continue working with the energy and the discoveries I gleaned from the session so that I can continue working towards maintaining balance and pursuing greater energetic flow and clarity. I highly recommend Kristen and her Reiki practice. You will feel the difference.
